Our policy applies to all JLS Origin employees, contractors, and third-party vendors involved in the design, development, installation, and maintenance of our renewable energy systems.

JLS Origin is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors. Our safety policy outlines our commitment to safety, our safety objectives, and the processes we will follow to ensure a safe working environment.

Our safety policy is always reviewed and revised as necessary to ensure that it remains effective and complaint with all relevant safety laws and regulations.

JLS Origin is committed to building strong, long-term relationships with our customers. Our Customer Relationship Policy outlines our commitment to customer satisfaction and customers’ services standards.

To achieve this feat, we established effective channels whereby customers have a direct opportunity to lay their complaints and communicate with the board of directors for speedy processing and possibly immediate intervention.




ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (ESMS) POLICY

JLS Origin Limited is committed to developing, constructing, and operating renewable energy project in a responsible and sustainable manner.

We strive to minimize our environmental footprint and promote sustainable development. We comply with all applicable environmental laws, regulations, standards and identify assess, and mitigate environmental risks throughout the project lifecycle. We strive to minimize impacts on biodiversity and ecosystems by reducing greenhouse gas emissions and promoting renewable energy solutions.

Our ESMS Framework

a. Environmental and Social Impact Assessment: We conduct environmental and social impact assessment to identify potential risks and opportunities.
b. Environmental and Social Management Plans: We develop environmental and social management plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
c. Monitoring and Reporting: We monitor and report on our environmental and social performance throughout the project lifecycle.
d. Stakeholder Engagement: We engage with stakeholders, including local communities, NGOs, and regulatory agencies, to ensure that their concerns and expectations are addressed.




CORPORATE HOSPITALITY AND GIFT-GIVING POLICY

JLS Origin is committed to maintaining highest standards of integrity and transparency in all our business dealings. All gifts, hospitality, and other benefits must be transparent, properly recorded, disclosed, given and received in a manner that maintains the integrity of JLS Origin and all its relationship. Employees must not accept hospitality or gifts that could be perceived as influencing business decisions and it must be disclosed to the Compliance Officer if given by third parties.

Gifts, hospitality, and other benefits must be reasonable and proportionate to the business purpose they are intended to serve and must be disclosed as required by law or company policies.




ANTI-FRAUD, BRIBERY & CORRUPTION POLICY

We conduct our business with integrity, honesty, and transparency. We comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to anti-fraud, bribery, and corruption. We hold ourselves and our business partners accountable for adhering to this policy. We prohibit the offering, promising, giving, accepting, or soliciting of bribes or other corrupt payments.

We prohibit the making of facilitation payments, which are payments made to expedite or secure the performance of a routine or necessary action. Employees and third-party representatives are required to report any suspected or actual instances of fraud, bribery, or corruption to the Compliance Officer. The Compliance Officer will investigate all reported instances of fraud, bribery, or corruption, and will take appropriate action, such as Disciplinary action, Termination of employment of contract and Reporting to law enforcement of regulatory agencies.
